Prayer Request: Rituximab Targeted Immunotherapy

Let’s go!

Felt very at peace as my attending doctor and his group of fellow doctors explained and answered all my questions. I believe that the Lord has guided each one of them in devising the best protocol. So, let’s do this!

Today, I will be having my first day of Rituximab infusion. This is a monoclonal targeted cancer drug. It’s supposed to target my CD20 cells. As well as continue my Ponatinib/Venetoclax oral targeted therapy. May all these drugs be effective in taking out all of the leukemic blasts.

Tomorrow, I will also have an Intrathecal Chemotherapy. A procedure where they inject chemo drugs in between my spine to my spinal fluid. Even though i have had more than 20 times of IT Chemo, it always feels like the first time. So please help me in praying that it goes smoothly.

Please help us in praying for the following:

– Pray for my amazing doctors and healthcare team. May they always be guided by the Lord.

– Pray for the medications to work effectively and have no serious side effects and resistance.

– Pray for a smooth IT Chemo procedure tomorrow.

– Pray for strength and peace of mind and heart for me and my family.

– Pray for the Lord’s bountiful provision as I continue my medical treatments

– Pray that I can ultimately achieve complete remission!
